Bacterial collections CRB-EML

The Lyon Biological Resource Center for Environmental Microbiology (CRB-EML NFS96-900) brings together microbial collections from:

- Research work carried out by the Microbial Ecology Laboratory (UMR5557)

including those conducted at Observatoire de Terrain en Hydrologie Urbaine (OTHU) and at Zone Atelier Bassin du Rhône (ZABR).

- The French Nocardiosis Observatory (OFN)

which provides, among other things, epidemiological surveillance of nocardiosis:  http://ofn.univ-lyon1.fr

-The National Reference Laboratory for Shiga Toxin-Producing Escherichia coli (STEC)

The LNR is responsible for carrying out regulatory tasks involving analysis, monitoring, and expertise, as well as research aimed at improving current knowledge in the field. http://www.vetagro-sup.fr/recherche-expertise/laboratoires-analyse/lmap/
