The CESN has the following equipment:

LC/MS :

UHPLC/DAD 1290 Infinity series / Q-TOF 6530 (Agilent Technologies). Sources: ESI JetStream and APCI. Targeted and non-targeted metabolomics analysis of secondary metabolites from biological extracts.

 

LC MS

HPLC :

  • UHPLC/DAD 1290 Infinity series (Agilent Technologies). LC/UV metabolic profiling.
  • HPLC/DAD/FLD 1100 series, with column oven (Agilent Technologies). Amino acid determination in biological extracts with pre-column derivatization.
  • HPLC/DAD 1200 series with fraction collector (Agilent Technologies). Bio-guided fractionation, purification
HPLC

GC/MS :

GC 7890A /QQQ 7000A series, with 150-position autosampler and GC 6890N /EI-Q-MSD 5973 series, with 100-position autosampler (Agilent Technologies). Profiling of primary metabolites after derivatization (amino acids, sugars and organic acids) and volatile organic compounds (terpenoids, fatty acids, etc.).
