PARMIC plaform

PARMIC is used for phenotyping and genotyping bacterial strains.

  • This technical platform is equipped with a wide range of facilities (see "Activities" section for details), including a level 2 microbiology laboratory, a room dedicated to molecular biology and a room dedicated to chemistry experiments (Dubois building, R+2, Site de la Doua).
  • The tools offered by this technical platform support the activities of the Centre de Ressources Biologiques (CRB-EML - NF S96-900), a collection of bacterial strains mainly resulting from our unit's research work (see "Collections" section).
  • The equipment is made available to UMR LEM members and other academic and private partners at rates approved by Université Lyon 1.

How to find us:

The "PARMIC" reservation schedule, available on the unit's intranet, enables you to reserve and consult the documents and protocols available on the equipment.
